MAY & JUNE 2003

6/26/03
Today I decided to apologize for "hurting" Gail and Candace. I decided that I couldn't afford to start messing things up with three months left in the summer, so I got them both into a chatroom, explained that it was all in good fun. Hopefully that will be the end, and I will never have to hear anything about it again. I had my welding class today, that was pretty cool, we did some oxyacetylene welding and I think I did fairly good if I do say so myself. I think I need more machine time though, and I'd love to hook that up somehow. This afternoon, I slept. After two days in the factory, and an average of about 5 hours of sleep each night, I crashed this afternoon. I had a lot of fun working at the factory though. I gutted the pattern shop and moved all of its contents to a new location. Then, with the help of another person reinstalled the ventilation system for the machines. All in all, a pretty fun two days!!!

Tonight, the night of the 25th of June, at 9:00 pm on the year of 2003, a professional extraction operation took place. One Jason Crystal had been abducted by the infamous Gail Glader and Candace Potempa. He requested assistance.

John Garvey, Rob Gould, David Goldman, and I, Patrick Luckow, conducted the operation. We informed Crystal and his assailants to meet us at Togo's on Lake Cook. Knowing full well that it would be closed, we lured them into our trap. We arrived in two teams, Mr. Gould and Mr. Garvey in one vehicle, Team 1, and Mr. Goldman and myself in another, Team 2. The cars were parked in front of the meeting location, and I got out to wait and keep watch. Within five minutes, they arrived.

I banged on the hood and told Mr. Goldman it was time to go, while our counterparts left their vehicle and began to run west on Lake Cook. This served as the perfect distraction allowing Mr. Crystal to exit the vehicle and jump into the already moving Ford Aerostar. Our team left immediately, and drove north to the Jewel parking lot, where we were to lie low for a couple minutes.

Team 1 had begun running back to Togo’s soon after we left the parking lot. They hid in a shadowed alcove and waited for pickup. We arrived and they jumped in. The operation was going smoothly, but our enemies waited for us as we turned out of the restaurant. After assessing the situation, the conclusion was reached that the full power of the Aerostar would have to be put to use. Mr. Goldman revved the engine and went for it. We went flying past our enemies and sped towards the stop sign at the end of the street. We didn’t stop.

We hid in the parking lot of an abandoned building until we were confident our enemies had gone the other way, and decided to proceed to Deer Franks for a victory celebration. Our goal was achieved, and nobody had been hurt. An astounding success. As we were turning onto Waukegan Road from Lake Cook, we became aware of our enemies vehicle ahead of us. Instead of fleeing to the nearest exit, fun was to be had. Expecting them to turn off on Greenwood, we pursued in their wake. Before they turned, Mr. Goldman pulled the Aerostar up alongside our enemies and honked his horns. To no surprise, the fiends were up to no good. They were on their cell phones, plotting their next scheme. We weren’t acknowledged by more than a raised middle finger.

These women were true criminals. We couldn’t capture them this night. Accepting our success of retrieving the objective, the five of us went to Deer Franks for ice cream. Another day, women, another day.

So I called up AOL to try to bring my account down to just email (Saving us about 10 bucks a month). So I was talking to Amber over at AOL and she was saying that she couldn't drop my account down because I am not Richard Goldman. I have the master screen name, but she said it was to protect the privacy of Richard Goldman. I asked her if I could call back in 15 minutes saying that I was Richard Goldman. She laughed and I said no, i'm serious. She said that would be fraudulent and illegal. (I know my dad, he's not going to want to sit on the phone waiting for 45 minutes. I responded that I highly doubt that Richard Goldman was going to prosectute. He's my father. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH AOL!!! They give you the run around! But, because of logistics laced with a touch of the Jerky Boys, I was able to pull off two free months of AOL.

Today is senior ditch day, and I'm having a great time. What's with all of the people going to school. I've got one class that I have to go to, but it shouldn't be bad. Tomorrow is prom, and I'm really looking forward to a great weekend.

Today was a good day. I woke up a little bit tired, but then took a math test in which I think I did exceptional on. I guess I'll find out tomorrow or Monday. Today was my Mom's birthday, I got her a CD that I had stolen from her, a movie that she needs to see, and a license plate frame. I went next door today, and the Hot tub room has its' ceiling finished, and the floor is ready to be tiled. There was a lot of junk at the bottom of the tub from last fall, so we cleaned it out. I must say, it is going to be very slick. If you want to see it, I'll be happy to take you in. All of the lights are installed, the house, for the most part is finished, but there are quite a few finishing touches left, and the plumbing all needs to be put in. Tomorrow I get to see the Spring Play, I'm excited!!!
