| Today was cool. I actually knew one of the answers to a math question today. I got really excited. I just started psychology and I really am beginning to enjoy it. I have faith that after a semester, I will have a much better grasp on who I am, and who other people are to. 25 coins came for me today, I was happy. My dime and nickel collections are pretty much complete and it's really exciting. Cincinnati interview on the 15th, I should start getting my portfolio together?!? |

So, I wasn't that fond of getting a 44% on my physics final. I studied my butt off and I was shocked that I still did that bad. A good thing happened today though. I started psychology with Ms. Lind, I think it's going to be a fun class, I'm looking forward to it. Stage crew was fun, we stood up a massive flat, and then made a 23 foot rod out of 2X2 that will make waves crash against each other. After crew, I came home and did more coins. Wow, I never realized how much work it would be. But I'm almost done. By tomorrow night, I'll be in very good shape! out on the ocean of life my love, There's so

| I woke up way too early today. I went to crew, which was cool, I built a few benches, a giant flat, and that's about it. I came home and my coin books were here. I was so excited. They reallly look cool. I filled a few of them, but it's really a lot of work. I think that it will be done by Wednesday, and everything will be in order by Thursday tops. Well, I've got a headache, so I'm going to stop staring at a computer screen now. |

| Bowling was good today, I got a 97 (yikes) a 147 and a 135. Not bad overall. Then I went down to Navy Pier, and the only other person who showed up was MiMi. Where was everyone else? MiMi, if you're reading this, thanks very much for planning the whole thing and I'm sorry it fell through. Other than that, it was a pretty slow day. I bought three more coins, but that's really only interesting to me me thinks. |

Yay, two finals today, and I think I only did bad on one of them. Hehehe, well, film as lit was great, but physics, I don't know. I think that I'm going to love the curve on the exam, and hopefully that will bring my grade up. I'm officially done with finals and I'm a second semester senior. I'm a second semester senior. What the hell happened to the last 3.5 years? I'm 87.5% done with high school, that's a B+. That would bring my physics grade up, ya know what I'm sayin? Anyways, my printer broke down today, and I fixed it. Finally, having no finals in which I could study for, I cleaned some of my room. I know, I'm weird. The slate will soon be clean, I'll erase the memories, To start again with somebody new, Was it all wasted-Queen |

| Today was my Dad's birthday, and I spent it studying. Oh my gosh, I must have studied math for about five hours today. That's Ok, I feel very prepared. I bought coin books today! I know, it's really boring but I was excited. At 630, I went to a physics study session, and I must say, it took a giant load off. I think I'll go back again tomorrow. It's weird, it seems the more time I have on my hands, the shorter my entries are. That just goes to show that when I have work to do, It's much easier to avoid it and write a long entry! |

| Today we celebrated my Dad's birthday which is really tomorrow. I hung out around the house, and avoided studying at all costs. That's all I've got! |

| Yeah, so this morning, I bought a penny from 1881, I decided to buy some more coins. Cincinatti didn't recieve one of my papers, so I sent them another copy. All in all, it was a slow and relaxing day. I did absolutely nothing and I loved it. |

Math test, yay! I think I aced it, I guess I'll find out tomorrow. So I think I'm definitely caught up now. Tomorrow I have an English presentation on Hamlet, I'm kind of looking forward to it, I think that I'll do fine. Anyways, we had crew today, that was fun, and I'm kind of getting back into the groove of things. I'm getting webmasters block, grrr, it happens to boring people that run web journals, they just run out of things to write. Check out this link, it's funny! |

Today was fun. Unfortunately, my Mom got into a car accident with the hamburglar today, that's ok, it was a rental car. I have an English presentation on Friday, and I'm making up a math test tomorrow. Physics, my grades can only go up, I'm getting my first D right now, but it will go up to a C by the end of the quarter. We finished Singin in the rain today in Film, I enjoyed the movie, it was funny, and offered some cool insight into what movies were like when they suddenly became about talking. I actually didn't have a lot of homework tonight, which was nice for a change. I have a final next week on Wednesday, and two on Thursday, the rest of the week is free, so if anyone wants to do something, gimme a call. Yay hits, Allstate rules! I hope you're all enjoying the pictures. Oh, so I went to crew for the first time today, I felt so tall after being down at the Festival Theatre for a week. Did anyone else feel that way? Macbegha Gubrah!!! |

| Well, I'm about caught up. I emailed Channel 15 in champaign today, and I'm waiting for a reply. The Macbeth pictures should be up. I'm sorry that the pages are slow, the pictures are quite big. I am going through withdrawal right now, but I love the yahoo group. Well, enjoy the pictures, eventually, I'll be able to write a thoughtful entry again. |

Hey all, this entry is going to be short and sweet. I took an hour to work on the Macbeth Page. it's going to be sweet tomorrow night. I got some good shots, and a few blurry ones, but they will all be up. You guys are great and I am really going to appreciate the gang crew, it's such a cool thing to be able to do. Well, I'm off to go work on homework (what I should have been doing while updating this site) but I am comitted to you guys, and this page. Check it out tomorrow, I have some great shots. I am John Clark |

We woke up early so that we could sit around today. It's been pretty slow going. The fire chief came in to check out our set, make sure it wouldn't catch on fire. You could take a blow torch to our set and it wouldn't catch. Kudos allstate crew! All the world's a stage and tonight we get to show Macbeth. I'm going to usher!!! There is nothing to do during the show, so I'm gonna join all of my friends. Opening ceremony is tonight. I hope that I can see DHS. I went to Zambos today, got a hot dog. I couldn't stand any of that Michaels Catering junk anymore. Sandwiches three days in a row. Something unpredictable, but in the end is right, I hope you had the time of your lives.-Green Day (OK, it's a little cliche) |

Ah, late sleep, it was beautiful. The room monitors woke us up at about 7:30 to ask us what time we were supposed to get up. I was a little bit mad, but quickly went back to the floor to continue resting. We got to the theatre at 11:15, and pretty much finished the set. The whole thing is masked, has railings, everything looks pretty good. I'm excited, tomorrow is a big day. Don't surround yourself with yourself, move on back to squares-Yes |

| Bright and early, seven O'clock, a little bit earlier than I usually wake up. The Krannert is a massive space, I only wish Deerfield had the kind of fly loft that U of I has. The ceiling can hardly be seen between all of the battons, and everything flying above the stage. The set is looking good, and I expect that it will continue to be built in an all state fashion...Continuing entry, so the set is pretty much up, and we're getting ready to call it a day. We spent 15 hours in the Krannert Center today, and we're all beat. I finished the day with a game of Egyptian! I won a few, lost a few, but it reminds me of Deerfield. I'm so psyched for theatre fest to begin. Tomorrow we have to be in the theatre at 11:15, yay late sleep!!! Well, I'm spent, maybe I'll do homework tomorrow. Or maybe not! |

| Today, school was unbearable. All I could think about was getting to all state. I said goodbye to E at the end of seventh, and then headed to Libertyville to load the trucks. The set surprisingly fit, with room to spare. Next, we left for the Krannert Center. Of course I got bad directions off of Mapquest, and it took us longer than I thought it was going to. I arrived at around nine and got there right as they were backing the truck in, not bad timing if I do say so myself. We worked until eleven, and then headed to the hotel for a long needed rest. |

OK, so there aren't half a dozen entries covering up the one above, hey what can I say, you go to Puerto Vallarta for a week and try to type on a computer. I'm all tan!!! This week has been awesome. I was able to break in my new Queen CD! You can rest assured that a Queen quote will follow this update. I drove a jetski for the first time this week. I went out alone for a half an hour and ripped up the ocean. It was a lot of fun. I don't think I got a lot of air, but I did push myself pretty hard. I love the feeling of riding on the water, there's just something majestic about it, whether you're on a ski, waverunner, boat, whatever, it's just you and the glistening bay beneath you and the experience is unparalleled. We rented All terrain vehicles (ATV's) and drove them around on a tour for three hours. It was sweet!!! Mine was a manual transmission and it was tough at first to learn how to drive it, but by the end, I was a professional. Mexico has a lot of speed bumps, and I would take the ATV and just floor it over these things, The front went higher than the tail did, but it was fun to get some air on such a big machine. We took them on water, dirt roads, pavement, stones, I was loving it!!! Near the end of the tour, I was so adept at my driving skills that I was able to slide the back tires out from under me, and of course that was my favorite part (you can't do that in an aerostar unless there's snow). Mexico has some crazy cab drivers. First of all, all of the cabs are manual transmission. The drivers were insane, and I felt like I was in a car with Elliott, (I don't think he reads this website, so noone better tell him that). This one night, we were going up a steep hill, and in Spanish, a guy in another car said "Stupid cab driver". Our cabbie, in return said "Changa tu Madre) I don't really need to explain what that means I don't think, but if I do, just give me a call, I'll straighten in out for you. Another highlight was going to the La Paloma bull ring. It was my first bull fight!!! There were four matadores, and four bulls. I must say, it was quite fun. The first bull was a little bit tough to bear because it seemed barbaric, and there was quite a bit of blood, but once you get into the elegance and style of the matadores, and realize their grace, it is quite entertaining (not for the vegetarians are animal rights activists). I would definitely go again. The first one was a little bit gruesome though. I saw Joey Roth down there, hung out with him, I hope to get a few pictures up sometime in the new future. I bought my propel today for my trip down to all state. My computer fried, and I just got it back working. I'm getting pretty handy with the computer! anyways, I'm going to end this entry before it gets too out of control, bull fight pictures to come soon, I hope!!! "I've taken my bows And my curtain calls, You brought me fame and fortuen and everything that goes with it, I thank you allBut it's been no bed of roses, No pleasure cruise, I consider it a challenge before the whole human race, And I ain't gonna lose"-Queen |
